BHD Extensions Return & Exchange Policy

At BHD Extensions, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please carefully review our policy before placing an order.

  • All sales are final including purchases made during promotions, clearance, or sale events. 

  • No refunds under any circumstances. 

Exchanges / Store Credit

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • A valid receipt is required to qualify for store credit.

  • Any request outside of this timeframe will be disqualified.

  • The product must be returned in original, resellable condition:

    • Packaging intact and untampered

    • Original ties must remain attached

    • Hair must not be washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, excessively combed, or altered in any way from its original form

Order Processing

  • Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted.

  • Order modifications are not permitted once submitted. This includes:

    • Product changes

    • Refunds

    • Shipment method changes

    • Address changes

    • Cancellations 

 

Return Conditions

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method with signature confirmation.

  • Once returned and inspected:

    • If approved, a store credit or gift card will be issued.

    • Store credit/gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash.

    • If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the previous promotion.

  • A flat $25 restock fee applies to all returns and “return to sender” shipments.

  • Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.




Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Due to the delicate nature of lace products, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances:

    • Lace Closures

    • Lace Frontals
